Delivery Info:

All World Shops is an international e-commerce site that enables customers to purchase products from all over the world. These products are stocked in the various speciality and country shops that make up the All World Shops global network. As such, when an order is placed through the All World Shops website, they are dispatched from their country of origin. Applicable shipping costs, duration of delivery and freight companies utilised will therefore vary according to the geographical location(s) of the desired product(s).The calculation and charge for the shipping of your consignment using EXPRESS is based on the total weight of the consignment, with the Actual or Volumetric (dimensional) weight applying depending on which is greater.

All World Shops will normally ship our products within five business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If for any reason All World Shops is unable to dispatch or ship your order within this time frame we will contact you with the details you provide in your order and communicate the time frame for the expected dispatch date.

International Standard Airmail delivery time frame is between 8-21 business days from the date we dispatch your order, not from the date your order is placed. Track and trace is not guaranteed.

Express Service time frame is between 3-10 business days from the date we dispatch your order, not from the date the order is placed. Track and trace is guaranteed.This will be provided to you in the confirmation email upon shipment.

We are not responsible for any parcel(s) that may be lost or delayed while in transit for delivery. However, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within the time frame above please notify us and we will open an investigation with the postal service(s). This may take up to two months (unless you receive your parcel by this time) as the postal service will need to send you a declaration letter to your delivery address to confirm non-receipt of the item. This declaration letter needs to be returned to the postal service with your signature before we can proceed with compensation for your loss.

Please understand that All World Shops takes no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address/insufficient address provided by you and that you are responsible for the cost to resend an order that is returned due those reasons. It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address details are correct and current to ensure a high chance of a successful delivery.

All World Shops is registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and able to ship products to the United States requiring FDA prior notification. 

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a customer in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund to the value of the product. We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned. 

Customs and Import duties:

Your order may be subject to customs requirements and also import duties and/or taxes once your order reaches the respective country of destination. You understand and agree that all applicable import duties and taxes which are levied by the authorities in the destination country are solely at your cost.

All World Shops will not be held responsible and/or accountable for any delays whatsoever caused by Customs in the recipient country. This also includes parcels that are detained or confiscated if they are deemed prohibited by the customs authority of the recipient country.

Some products may be restricted or not allowed in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if the items you are ordering are permitted in your country then it is solely your responsibility to check.For deliveries to high risk countries we will request proof of identity documents, this also pertains to any products with age restrictions.

All World Shops ships your order DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. You also understand that it is your sole responsibility to check and be familiar with the applicable taxes, duties and or levies applicable to both the respective recipient country and your order.

Large Orders

Extra freight costs may apply to orders that exceed a certain weight. This additional cost is required to split a large order into multiple shipments/parcels should the weight of the order be deemed to weigh more than ‘one parcel’ by the freight company. The weight and size definition of ‘one parcel’ will depend upon the freight company utilised (which will vary according to the country a particular product is sourced from).
